Hey Guys! I hope you all are having a great weekend!

I recently posted a picture on my Instagram of a tomato salad that I made for lunch last week, and it got so many likes and requests for me to share the recipe… so here you have it!  This 5 Minute Tomato Salad couldn’t be any easier. I just grabbed some cherry tomatoes, diced them in half and tossed them with some garlic, red onions, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice, and olive oil. It’s such a versatile salad because it can be eaten on its own, served on grilled bread with mozzarella or burrata, or as a side dish to a meal. The possibilities are endless!

    I never thought to add garlic to a tomato salad! Such a fun, quick recipe 🙂

      Thank you 🙂 I personally love the taste of raw garlic, but if you find it overpowering you can always leave it out or saute before adding it to the salad!

    drop the lemon and add wine vinegar and chop fresh basil
