Being the #Queenof Cooking & Entertaining while watching Season 2 of Queen of the South on USA Network!
Last year I got to visit Orlando Florida, and while I had visited in the past; I’d never really taken the opportunity to vacation and explore the city. I’d always wanted to, but my last trip there was ruined due to Hurricane Frances visiting (a pretty scaring experience, our hotel ended up flooding!). This time I was determined to make the trip worthwhile, and I had an amazing time!
So if you’re curious or ever planning a trip to Orlando Florida; here’s my getaway guide where I breakdown where to stay, where to dine, and what to do!

Living right in the heart of Hollywood, it’s not too often that I get to make it out to the San Fernando Valley. However over the last several months, several of my foodie friends have been raving about Helados Pops Ice cream shop, and how I needed to get my butt out there to try their unique ice cream flavors. So guess what…. I finally did!
One of my favorite times of the year spring is almost finally here, and fewer things make me happier than those first few springtime meals. With the spring brings lots of festivities like bridal showers, St. Patrick’s Day, and Easter and easy recipes made for entertaining are a must to make out of this season alive. For that, I love to turn to puff pastry recipes.
A new year means a fresh start, and if you’re like me then eating healthy is probably at the top of your New Year’s resolution list. Inspired to start my year off right, I’ve been focusing on healthy recipes that are both easy and affordable. Yep, that’s right… eating healthy does not have to break the bank!
