This Raspberry Mule is the perfect fun and festive cocktail to brighten up your holiday season! Made with raspberry cordial, lime, ginger beer, and Absolut Elyx vodka.
I love entertaining for my family and friends. There’s just something about putting a meal together, preparing the table, and spending a night filled with lots of laugh and love that I just can’t seem to get enough of. During the Holidays, my entertaining gets ramped up and this year I have been working on making my cocktail game stronger! It’s one thing to put together a meal, but if you start off the night with a beautiful cocktail you’re sure to impress everyone that joins that night. Since I’m new to the whole making cocktails at home “thing”; I wanted to make sure that I picked a recipe that was simple to make. This Raspberry Mule is not only beautiful, but it was super easy to make. Plus using Absolut Elyx Vodka along with the beautiful copper from their signature Elyx Boutique takes it over the top! After all, copper makes everything better!Absolut Elyx is the ultimate expression of Absolut Vodka! They set out to revitalize the vodka market by creating the world’s first single estate copper crafted luxury vodka. I absolutely love the taste of this vodka as it’s very smooth and mixes well in cocktails. The taste is due to their unique copper catalyzation process giving the vodka quality, depth, and a silky smooth finish!
Of course no cocktail is complete without a vessel to put in, and these copper mules from the signature Elyx Boutique are PERFECT! I already love copper mules, but these beauties are made so well. They are solid and sturdy, and the images engraved in them are stunning. This mule set puts the finishing touches on a delicious cocktail recipe, and are perfect for entertaining.
